Regardless of the time, you have immediate telephone assistance and free towing to the nearest service center in Romania and Europe.
Replacement car
If the repair takes time, we provide a replacement car for 3 days. Your journey doesn't stop here; you remain mobile and continue your trip as planned.
Repatriation to the Republic of Moldova
Only in the event of a road accident, if the car cannot be repaired quickly, we organize and cover the costs of bringing the vehicle and passengers back home.
Passenger Transport & Taxi
If the car is immobilized, we ensure your and your passengers' transport to the hotel or service (limit 50 EUR).
On-site breakdown service
Quick interventions for minor problems (e.g. battery charging) to get you moving again immediately.
Free Parking
Secure storage for the damaged car for 5 days, if the incident occurs outside service working hours.
